Sinusoidal forming

This roofing sheet (forming) is also galvanized and colored according to the customer’s order. The kind of Forming are used to cover the roofs of industrial sheds and warehouses and industrial sites fence, and are produced in 35% to 90% galvanized and colored thickness.

• The 1000 mm width Sheet changes to 900 mm width after forming, and its useful wide is 820 mm width.
• The 1250 mm width Sheet changes to 1120 mm width after forming, and its useful wide is 1020 mm width.

 Fine Sinusoidal Forming

This forming is customized based on our customer order, both manufactured from galvanized and color steel. This product is used to cover the roofs of warehouses and workshops fences.

It differs from ordinary sinusoidal forming only in sinusoidal forming size, which is finer.

Fine sinusoidal forming thickness ranges from 35% to 90% manufactured in galvanized and color steel.

• Fine sinusoidal forming Sheet has a 1000 mm width and after forming, the sheet has 900 mm width, finally its useful width is 820 mm.
• Fine sinusoidal forming Sheet 1250 mm width, after forming its width is 1120 mm and its useful width is 1020 mm.

 Trapezoidal forming

Trapezoidal forming is customized based on our customer order and has a better shape than sinusoidal forming, which is used for workshop fences and sheds roofs, even for villas. This form can also be manufactured from galvanized or colored sheet. Trapezoidal forming are produced in roll form in 1000 mm and 1250 mm width also the thickness ranges from 40% to 90%.

• Roll sheet of 1000 mm width, reduces to 870 mm width after forming and its useful width is 710 mm.
• Roll sheet of 1250 mm width, reduces to 1090 mm after  forming, and its useful width is 980 mm.

Shadow Line Forming

This roofing sheet (forming) is one of the most beautiful formations of the trapezoidal family, which is produced from galvanized and colored sheets at the customer’s order. The most common use of this type of form is for walls, ceilings and cold panel sandwich panels of containers .Its thickness ranges from 35% to 60% and 1000 mm width.

Shadow Line Forming has a 1250 mm width and also manufactured from galvanized and color sheets.

• Shadow Line Forming Sheet with 1000 mm width, reduces to 885 mm after forming , and its useful width is 800 mm.
• Shadow Line Forming Sheet with 1250 mm width, reduces to 1109 mm after forming, and its useful width is 1000 mm.

Dampa Forming

This forming is also considered as trapezoidal family, which has many applications. It is mostly used in the case of dropped ceilings, store board, container and indoor coverings. It has a very beautiful view, and mostly manufactured from colore sheet than the galvanized sheet. The thickness is 18% to 40% .

• The roll sheet has 1000 mm wide and after forming the output of machine has 940 mm width and its useful width is 846 mm.
